customizeCerts command

Define custom certificates in your environment. You can replace any target key with a new self-signed key or user-provided key, or you can define custom keys to modify the web server certificate and agent certificates.

The script applies a modification in the keys to all affected key stores and, if necessary, updates agent images available for downloading. It also creates a .zip file to be distributed to all installed agents to apply the changes throughout the network.

Syntax

customizeCerts [-create -WAPassword password_for_TWA_key_stores -DWCPassword password_for_the_DWC_key_stores]

customizeCerts [-import [-file filename_and_path_of_packed_keystores] -WAPassword password_for_TWA_key_stores -DWCPassword password_for_DWC_key_stores]

customizeCerts [-pack [-file filename_and_path_to_pack_key_stores]

customizeCerts [-load {-webKey filename_and_path_of_HTTP_server_key | -clientKey filename_and_path_of_HWA_agents_key}

customizeCerts [-targetKey all|master|agent|dwc|db2|ihs]

Arguments

create
Generate new self signed certificate(s) for the target key(s)
WAPassword
The password to access HCL Workload Automation on Amazon Web Services key stores.
DWCPassword
The password to access the Dynamic Workload Console key stores.
import
Deploy packed keystore(s) for the target key(s). Define the same passowrd for source and target key stores.
file
The filename and path of packed key stores.
pack
Create a compressed file to be transferred to the target system.
file
The filename and path of the compressed key store file. If you do not specify a path, the following default value is used: /images/Infrastructure/Config/Certificates/packedCerts.zip
load
Customizes HTTP server and agents keys with private keys provided by the user.
webKey
The filename and path of key for the HTTP server.
clientKey
The filename and path of key for HCL Workload Automation on Amazon Web Services agents.
targetKey
The key or keys to which the custom certificates must be applied. The default value is all.
usage
Displays the usage of the command.
help
Displays the help of the command.
?
Displays the help of the command.
