Creating a batch processing ID in PeopleSoft

Create an operator ID in PeopleSoft dedicated to batch scheduling. This operator ID must be granted authority to use the Component Interface in the PeopleTools environment. All the jobs submitted by HCL Workload Automation should use this operator ID.
