HCL Workload Automation, Version 9.4

Manage job task (MJ)

About this task

The MJ task is used to synchronize with a previously launched job if HCL Workload Automation determines that the LJ task ended unexpectedly. HCL Workload Automation sets up the environment in the same manner as for the LJ task and passes it the mjstring. See Launch job task (LJ) for more information.

If the method locates the specified job, it responds with the same messages as an LJ task. If the method is unable to locate the job, it exits with a nonzero exit code, causing HCL Workload Automation to place the job in the ABEND state.
