Scenario 1: Access to Symphony file locked by other HCL Workload Automation processes

If HCL Workload Automation processes are still active and accessing the Symphony file when stageman is run, the following message is displayed:

Unable to get exclusive access to Symphony. 
Shutdown batchman and mailman. 

To continue, stop HCL Workload Automation and rerun stageman. If stageman aborts for any reason, you must rerun both planman and stageman.
